Feedback
We have received feedback in a form of comments, e-mails, Skype calls.. People unanimously recognized the usability of the application. Some required additional features, most of which were already on our schedule. Only 11% of our customers needed the extra help to correctly set-up and run the application. Few prospects asked for features and modifications that have nothing to do with the purpose of Sam Reports which left us wondering whether our message (USP) was clear enough…
Soon there will be more information on our up-coming fall release…

Was wondering if you ever made any progress parsing multiple files/folders with Trixbox/Fonality setups. We have a Fonality system in production and are looking for a reporting solution for it past what Fonality provides. This looks like the answer, but it would be very tedious to have to transfer and combine all those files every day, then run SAMReports.
Fonality has a writeup on their public-facing Wiki on how they are writing logs, and the logfile formats. So, there is a reference for it.

Yes I have. I’ve been working on a new version of SamReports for over 6 month now, and it’s going to support Trixbox/Fonality.
