Main Screen
This help file is for the old version of SAM Reports. New version brings more reports and a lot of new features.

The main screen of SAM Reports is divided into several parts:
SAM Reports Main Screen
The Main Menu
Main menu (1) lets you choose a specific part of the application.
Home Screen
On the picture above you see the “Home” screen which displays :
- (3) – Settings information informs you whether your settings are correct and complete. If they are not you can change that in the “Settings” area.
- (4) – Data Age lets you see how old are your log files and the generated data too.
- (5) – Resources information shows you how many and which resources are present.
Settings
Lets you input information about your Asterisk PBX. it is described in details here.
Log files
Sam Reports Main Screen - Log Files
From here you can initiate commands for:
Getting the log files:
- From a local directory
- From Asterisk via SFTP
Processing the files:
- From the beginning
- Continuing from the last time
Manage Data
Here you can manage the local embedded database that SAM Reports uses to store the report data.

From this area you can open CDR and queue reports.
